The Blueprint
Our Plan To Help You Succeed
- Fill out our information form using the link below to request to have your Georgia Real Estate License transferred to ALERT Success.
- You will be contacted by a representative from ALERT Success to introduce you to the company and answer any questions that you have.
- You will receive an independent contractor agreement to review and sign. Once signed, we will transfer your license over to ALERT Success.
- You pay a $100/yr administrative fee.
- You refer a buyer or seller to ALERT.
- We pay you 75% of the referral commission after the closing

Agents are NOT authorized to assist clients or customers with buying, selling, or leasing real estate
