to ALERT Success. A referral agent cannot market for real estate business or market
themselves as a licensed real estate agent.
Yes. A referral agent may refer themselves as a seller or a buyer and receive a referral fee.
No. Referral agents are only authorized to have an active license with ALERT Success, LLC.
No. Referral agents are not allowed to market in any manner for real estate business.
No. Agents will not receive a referral fee for submitting cold call referral lists.
Yes. You can receive a $25.00 referral fee for referring an agent who joins ALERT Success.
Yes. This process requires you to negotiate the referral amount with the referred agent
and obtain all signed referral agreements.
Yes. After the referral agent submits the referral ALERT Success, LLC facilitates the entire
process. The referral agent is provided with updates on the status of the transaction.
No. There are no fees charged to buyers or sellers for being referred.
The referral agent will receive two referral checks. One check from the sale and another check from the purchase.
Yes. Upon written notification to ALERT Success any referring agent can request a
transfer to another broker. The request will be honored immediately. Please note that your yearly $100 fee is non-refundable.
The referring agent must obtain written permission from the referred customer and
submit it to ALERT Success. Personal contact information must be submitted using
the ALERT Success form.
