Not wanting to lose their license, they have it sent back to the real estate commission to be placed on inactive status. Cynthia Davis, owner/broker of ALERT Properties saw an opportunity to help licensed real estate agents earn passive income as a referral agent, and thus ALERT Success Real Estate, LLC was created, giving us the opportunity to serve clients we may not otherwise have access to.
